CALM - Campaign agaisnt living miserably:
The Calm Zone is a website that was set up in response to the high suicide rate among young men, currently the biggest killer of men under the age of 35. It is a campaign and charity set up for and on behalf of young men. Although CALM is targeted at young men aged between 15-35, we offer help, information and support via a helpline and website to anyone calling within the UK, regardless of age, gender or geographic location. The stress section of the website is informative on how to deal with stress, the symptoms of stress, who to talk to about your problems and more websites that could help with your problems.


MIND:
MIND is the leading leading mental health charity in England, dealing with over 250,000 people every year. They campaign vigorously to create a society that promotes and protects good mental health for all - a society where people with experience of mental distress are treated fairly, positively and with respect. Mind have a very intricate section on exam stress, including how to cope with exam stress, how to minimise exam stress and techniques on how to a huge range of related things.



Steps for stress:
Steps for stress is the leading stress help site in Scotland. It deals with how to recognise, deal and cope with stress. Encorporating quizes and well presented interface to make rocognising symptoms very easy. The webpage is covered in relaxed colours, giving the website a calm feel.


Stress Managment Society:
The Stess Managment Society is a campaign targeting not only stress problems effecting a single person, but also stress problems that could face a whole buisness. Targeting it's audience with the tagline, 'Taking Companies & Individuals from distress to de-stress'. The website include a list of all possible types of stress and how to treat them. The website also teaches methods of relaxing to releive stress, including yoga and self-hypnosis. The website also sells healthy sweets/medicines to relax the body.
The website's logo is surrounded by clouds, signifying peace and relaxation. The colour scheme is a pale blue, a reccuring theme within stress-help websites.
